At Bay Area Goldens, we specialize in breeding healthy, family-raised golden retriever puppies in Martinez, California, serving the greater San Francisco Bay Area. Our golden retrievers are nurtured in a loving home environment, ensuring they grow into well-socialized, happy companions.
We are committed to ethical breeding practices and prioritize the health, temperament, and well-being of every puppy. As part of our mission to give back, we donate one puppy from each litter as an emotional support animal through a community-based lottery program.

Complete our Application Form
Fill out the online application with details about your home, lifestyle, and experience with dogs. This helps us match you with the right puppy.
Review & Approval
Our team will review your application and contact you within 3–5 business days to discuss availability and answer any questions.
Place Your Deposit
To apply for a puppy from Bay Area Goldens, we require a $50 non-refundable application fee. Once your application is approved, a $250 non-refundable deposit secures your place on our waitlist. After the puppies are born and you select your puppy, an additional $700 deposit is required to confirm your reservation. The remaining balance will be due at pickup. These fees ensure commitment and help us provide the best care for each puppy.
